How do I get started?
Download Story Stars from the
App Store or
Google Play. Enter your child's details (name, age, friends, pets), choose a theme, and your first story is free — no account or payment required.
Is Story Stars safe for my child?
Absolutely. Every story is generated with strict safety filters to ensure age-appropriate, positive content. There are no ads and no scary themes. Child safety is our #1 priority.
What ages is it designed for?
Story Stars is designed for children ages 2–12. Stories automatically adjust vocabulary, complexity, and themes based on your child's age.
Can I play stories with the screen off?
Yes! Stories and meditations continue playing when you lock your phone or switch apps. Story Stars is designed as an ears-only experience — no screen time needed.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to the Help section, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription or any one-time purchases will be restored automatically through your Apple ID or Google account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Story Stars → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Story Stars → Cancel.
What are Chronicles?
Chronicles are 5-chapter serialized adventures. Instead of a single story, your child gets an ongoing epic that unfolds over multiple nights — building excitement and making bedtime something they look forward to.
Can I add multiple children?
Yes! You can add each child's details — name, age, friends, pets, and favourite places. Every child gets stories tailored just for them.
The audio isn't playing — what should I do?
Make sure your phone isn't on silent mode and the volume is turned up. If stories still won't play, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us at
